Use Platynum Standard as the public skill publisher

What changed

• Replaced the individual legal name in both public publisher fields with Platynum Standard.
• Kept the two publisher fields aligned so the directory cannot show conflicting identities.
• Confirmed no temporary build workflow remains in the final diff.

Why

The public skill listing should use the established publisher identity rather than exposing the owner’s full legal name.

Release note

The existing live directory listing will keep its current label until a corrected package is published and the matching verified publisher identity is selected during submission.
