Post-fix adoption measurement for the handoff-search-index effort, plus the ranked list it changes.
The result
Measured 8.6 h after `#1332` merged, same needle as the pre-fix reading:
The prediction was that the query would track `cairn recall` rather than step 3's rate. It tracked it exactly. All four post-fix sessions are independent and in `datapacket-talos`; none is the measuring session β checked, because that contamination distorted the first reading. All four queried a topic, which is what the re-keying was for: moving the command alone would not have sufficed, since a session with no open item has nothing to type.
What it does NOT establish
Ranked list
Rank 1 becomes answer yield; ranks 2 and 3 are unchanged (stable numbering, since rank is half a claim's identity). The claim `handoff-search-index-1` was released after `#1332` merged.
Docs-only. Also recorded in the subsystem index: the prior `OPEN:` bullet was rewritten to `RESOLVED 8e9428e:` and a new `OPEN:` bullet filed for yield (put before append, store validated 30/30).
