How to use

Step 1: Store files

Store files in data/input directory

Step 2: Change current directory

Move to src directory

cd src

Step 3: Caluculate confluency

Execute the following command:

python conflu.py --name [filename]

e.g.

python conflu.py --name SCR_5300_1.jpg
