Support confirmed via email that they send this `reference_id` - though we don't know for sure if it's an identifier or not.
They shared a new version of the API docs with us, and this seems to be the only difference.

We're having issues with sending SMS through iTexmo in the Philippines with a Sender ID.
Here we change the base URL for sending SMS, since that's the only difference we found in the new docs shared by iTexmo support.
