Description of Changes
Adds tracing for the new unified SVM API
clEnqueueSVMMemcpyWithPropertiesKHR. This is a similar API to the existingclEnqueueSVMMemcpy, but with an optional "properties" argument.Testing Done
Tested with in-flight CTS tests that use this new extension API. Verified that it appears in call logs and performance timing reports, just like the existing core API.
