The Custom Channel Events endpoints (notify_new_conversation, notify_new_message, notify_quick_reply_selected, notify_attribute_collected) should not be in the public API spec. Removes paths, schemas, responses, and tag definitions from v2.14, v2.15, and Preview, plus corresponding Fern SDK overrides. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
