Xenia Operations now lives on its own subdomain. xenia.host is reserved for the Xenia Network umbrella, so XENIA_NETWORK.url (xenia.host/network) is left as-is. Data-only change; 86 tests green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
