KARMİS is an open-source, privacy-first career decision engine. Instead of generating generic motivational text, it runs deterministic decision algorithms locally on SQLite to model your career baseline, calculate skill gaps, evaluate opportunities across 11 dimensions, detect 17 career risks, and compute your single highest-leverage next move.
KARMİS is not designed exclusively for software engineering. It models career progression neutrally across all industries:

KARMİS is written in modern, dependency-light Node.js. Business logic is organized into clean, deterministic modules inside lib/.
