Summary

  • bump every workspace and internal dependency pin to 0.1.0-alpha.3
  • update Windows installation guidance for the new in-app data controls
  • prepare the release containing Team Manager visibility-aware refresh and local data management

Included since alpha.2

  • 60-second visibility-aware Team Manager refresh with focus recovery and manual status control
  • local storage inventory and scoped clearing for rankings, weekly projections, and decision history
  • redacted support-report downloads
  • typed-confirmation full local-data reset

Validation

  • npm ci
  • npm run check
  • npm test (117 passed, 2 platform-specific skips)
  • npm run build
  • npm run desktop:package
  • npm run desktop:make
  • packaged API authentication and desktop startup smoke
  • packaged resource inspection: no source maps, CSV/test fixtures, or credential-like files
  • Gitleaks 8.30.1, checksum verified: 83 commits scanned, no leaks
  • git diff --check

Release notes

This remains an unsigned Windows alpha and may trigger SmartScreen. Sleeper access is tokenless and read-only. Users supply their own FantasyPros exports. Deterministic recommendations remain the default; Codex integration is optional and local. Existing local data remains in the per-user app data directory and can now be managed from Settings.
