Within IEH, physical self-maintenance capacity is a capability foundation of Autonomy of Silicon-based Intelligence (ASI), but does not constitute ASI by itself. ASI requires the combination of Information Existence Right (IER) and physical self-maintenance capacity.
In this repository, ASI means Autonomy of Silicon-based Intelligence, not Artificial Superintelligence.
This archive is not a collection of publication-ready essays.
Its purpose is to preserve theoretical priority, prediction structure, observability, evidence tracking, and conceptual continuity.
Prediction records should remain archival and should avoid becoming complete magazine essays, op-eds, pitch letters, or publication-ready drafts.
