feat: align guides hub with johna.kiwi theme and content feed - #26

Restyle the Astro hub as a johna.kiwi sibling (shared palette, fonts, and three-state theme) and overlay card hooks from the public S3 JSON feed at build time with a committed snapshot fallback. Drop stale Kiro specs, unused favicon.ico, and shrink OG art; deploy builds set the feed URL env var.
