OFFICIAL DECA ANDROID APP IS OUT. This app does NOT work with DecaHub Beta v0.3.0

Changelog:

• Fix yet another localization bug when parsing numbers.

Installation Instructions:

1. Install DecaHub.

2. Clone the github repository and build from source OR download the zip archive from Releases and extract all files.

3. Move APK to phone and install.

4. Run DecaMoveEmulator.exe

5. Run Android App

6. Wait 5-10 seconds for the app to automatically retrieve the host IP address, if it does not appear, enter IP address manually.

7. Click 'Start'

8. SteamVR should start automatically, calibrate by holding controllers close together at your waist while looking forward, and launch any compatible game from DecaHub.
