`blinkenlights ls /` hangs after pressing `v`

TUI does not react on keyboard after pressing v.
Version from commit ef07dad does not have such a problem.
Pressing v shows and hides teletypewriter.
At commit 27532cb blinkenlights already hangs.

Tried on Linux.
