Minor issues

This PR fixes a bunch of minor issues:

• QC DoE Analysis help file change “predictors” to “factors”
• QC: Take “repetitions” input field out of DoE (comment out but don't delete)
• QC: Adjust minus sign in regression equation (fixes https://github.com/jasp-stats/INTERNAL-jasp/issues/2863)
• QC: Typo in gauge r&R “average chart bys Operator”
• QC: Remove reference of SKF manual in QC module, reference Automotive Industry Action Group (July 2005), Statistical process control (SPC) – Reference manual, AIAG
• QC: In Doe analyse design, change “ANOVA” to “Analysis of Variance”
• QC: Add variable name to gauge r&R measurement plots
• QC: Fix traffic light chart not recalculating when measurements, operators or parts are changed
• QC: Rename “Reprod” and “Repeat” in gauge r&R and increase margin (fixes [Bug]: Legend text on Components of Variation plot is cut off (does not display completely) jasp-issues#4004)
• QC: Error message contour plot (fixes https://github.com/jasp-stats/INTERNAL-jasp/issues/3198)
