Summary
Beads (
bd) is decommissioned — tracking is GitHub Issues now — but functional/config leftovers still invoked it. This removes them so a fresh setup no longer touches beads.scripts/install-hooks.sh: the generatedpre-commit/pre-pushhooks no longer run thebd hooks run .../BD_GIT_HOOKsteps; they now only run the existing quality (SwiftLint+SwiftFormat) and build-verification scripts. Updated the echoed summary lines too..gitattributes: dropped.beads/issues.jsonl merge=beads(referenced amerge=beadsdriver that no longer exists)..gitignore: removed the beads/dolt ignore blocks; kept the Claude Code entries.docs/agent-readiness/01-initial-readiness.md: hooks table now describes the quality/build hooks instead ofbdsync/validation.CLAUDE.md: dropped the obsoletebd/dolt post-checkout-noise guardrail.Archived/historical docs under
