Installation Guide

ShelfSync supports multiple platforms including Windows, Linux, and Android. Follow the instructions below to install the application on your device.

Desktop Installation (Windows, Linux)

1. Navigate to the Releases page of the GitHub repository.
2. Download the appropriate installer for your operating system:
   • Windows: .msi or .exe installer.
   • Linux: .deb or .AppImage file.
3. Run the installer and follow the on screen prompts to complete the setup.

Mobile Installation (Android)

1. Download the latest .apk file from the repository releases.
2. Transfer the file to your Android device or download it directly.
3. Open the .apk file on your device. You may need to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your system settings.
4. Follow the installation steps provided by the operating system.

Version Requirements

• Windows: Windows 10 or later is recommended.
• Android: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later.

Existing users should ensure they backup their local settings before performing a major version upgrade.
