Registry revision is inaccurate

This release advances the baked-in Aqua registry tag to 83273a7… without updating registry.yml or LICENSE, even though the release updater fetches all three from the same commit. The shipped registry therefore still contains the previous snapshot while mise doctor reports it as the newer commit, making the provenance output inaccurate and obscuring which upstream definitions are actually embedded.
