Babeld can add interfaces dynamically. However, babeld is missing a function to remove interfaces and stop meshing on them. Add a function that can do it. Signed-off-by: Nick Hainke <vincent@systemli.org>

Actually, this is useless since flush_interface is doing the same. However, the neighbours are not removed. |

@jech what you mind adding a function that removes an interface and also all the filters of that interface and so on? Or do you mind if I do such a change? |
