Processing

For the examples presented here, we utilize data derived from the publicly available Kirby data set.

• The ANTS toolkit was used to create an atlas using the first MPRAGE image for each subject

• Pipedream was then used to reconstruct diffusion tensor images for each subjects and align them to the corresponding MPRAGE image

• These diffusion tensor images were then warped into the atlas space and used to create a single average diffusion tensor atlas.
