- Email template: BestPracticesData, DigestSolution, trophy/heart/sparkles/star SVG icons, feature cards, live stats bar, top-5 solution previews, gold CTA
- Backend: SendBestPracticesAnnouncement handler, /admin/broadcast-best-practices route, GetBestPractices aggregates stats
- Admin UI: BestPracticesAnnouncementPanel with preview, subject/CTA/test-email/send-all fields
- 5 new email tests, 1 handler test (all 9 suites green)
- Remove 'Coming Soon' admin gate from Best Practices tab
- Fix AI chat input focus: remove autoFocus, delayed focus after drawer animation
