Unknown flag: '--no-signer'

The last line of configure-parity.sh starts parity using a command, but it fails to start. When I see the file parity.log it shows that an unknown flag was used.

I did not venture to solve this issue @zulhfreelancer Since this repository is made compatible with a very older version of parity, I was afraid I will encounter more compatibility issues. Instead, I created my own configuration files.
