Jordane Angelo Gengo – Software Engineer at Wolt

Former CTO and founding member of Hive Helsinki. Previously worked at 1337 and 42 as both Software Engineer and Pedagogical Manager.

I have always been interested in computers and technology. As a child, I enjoyed taking apart devices to understand their inner workings (although putting them back together was often a fun challenge!)

A decade ago, I pivoted my career into EdTech, drawn to the potential of peer-to-peer, project-based learning. I’ve since dedicated myself to exploring emerging technologies and building projects at Hive Helsinki that both advanced my own skills and enriched the student experience within the Hive community and across the 42 Network.

By the end of 2024, I was looking for new challenges and wanted to work on scalable projects with people I could learn from. That's when I joined Wolt, and since then, I've had the chance to work on some really exciting features and projects!
