Adds a 4th download option ("Combined CSV") that joins each comment
with its parent post fields in a single flat table — one row per
comment. Posts without comments still appear as their own row
(row_type = "post_only") so no data is lost. This is the standard
tidy-data format that works directly with R tidyverse and Python
pandas without requiring joins or JSON parsing.
