感谢 PR，整体方向没问题：外部目录只登记不复制、失联置灰保留、删除只解除关联、备份跳过外部工作区、UriPathResolver 走 authority + docId 白名单并拦 ..，还顺带收紧了 RemoteDialogs 里原来那份把任意 provider docId 拼成 /storage/xxx 的宽松实现。下面按是否阻塞合并分档。
一、需要修的技术问题
1（阻塞）WorkspacePathMapper.resolveWithin 返回 canonical 路径，破坏 toContainerPath 回显
resolveWithin（WorkspacePathMapper.kt:109-117）返回 canonicalFile，而 toContainerPath（同文件 130-133）用未解析的 filesDir 前缀做比较。API 24+ 上 getFilesDir() 返回 /data/user/0/<包名>/files，而 /data/user/0 是 /data/data 的符号链接（AOSP 多用户遗留），canonical 化后前缀必然失配，LocalFileAccess.toDisplayPath / parentPath 会落到 else -> hostPath，把宿主真实路径（/data/data/...）暴露给 AI——这正是该映射器要避免的事。
因为工作区根、aicodeRoot()、rootfsRoot() 都在 filesDir 下，~/workspace/...、/root/.aicode/...、/etc/... 三类回显会同时受影响。另外 toHostFile 中工作区根本身（98 行）返回未 canonical 的 root，子路径返回 canonical，同一函数内两种形态并存。
建议：校验用 canonical，返回值仍用 File(base, relativePath)；或让 toContainerPath 的三个根一并 canonical 化。这是影响所有本地文件工具的全局回归，与外部工作区功能本身无关。
2（阻塞）toHostFile 从不抛异常变为会抛 IllegalArgumentException
工作区内指向外部的符号链接（pnpm store、手建 link 等）从可读变成「路径超出允许范围」报错；且 WorkspaceDirWatcher.kt:31 在 callbackFlow 里直接调用、未 catch，异常会传播到收集侧。至少要包住 watcher 那处。
3（建议）拆分与主题无关的改动
resolveWithin 路径加固、MigrationLoader 幂等 + 重复版本 fail-fast、BackupManagerImpl 的 restoreMapping、LocalSyncClient 写探针、.gitignore 加 *.p12/*.pfx，每项本身都合理，但与「外部本地目录工作区」无关。捆进同一个 feat commit 后无法单独回滚——上面第 1、2 条的风险恰好都来自这批搭车改动。拆开后主功能可以先合。
4（非阻塞）外部目录名未过 sanitize
内部工作区名走 sanitize（剔除路径分隔符等危险字符），外部工作区直接取 dir.name。路径最终进 proot 的 -b <src>:/root/workspace，名字或路径含 : 会破坏该语法。emulated 与 vfat 存储一般禁用 :，实际风险低，但挡一下是零成本的。
5（非阻塞）SAF 授权实际不参与读写，建议注释点明
targetSdk 28 保留 legacy storage，读写靠 READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE 直接 File I/O；takePersistableUriPermission / releasePersistableUriPermission 只是留了个凭据，用户在系统设置里撤销 SAF 授权并不会让工作区失效。当前实现能跑，但建议注释说明「依赖运行时存储权限，不是 SAF 通道」，避免后续维护者误判失败原因。
6（非阻塞）冗余与死代码
deleteWorkspace末尾if (_current.value?.name == name)回退分支：refreshWorkspaces()已调ensureCurrentReachable()切走，条件几乎不成立。ensureCurrentReachable手写File(projectsRoot, fallbackName).mkdirs()创建默认工作区，绕过createWorkspace的校验与日志，与initialize()逻辑重复。refreshAvailability()只是refreshWorkspaces()的透传。UriPathResolver.kt、ExternalWorkspacesMappingTest.kt缺文件末换行；RemoteDialogs.kt删除函数后留了空白行。
二、UI 调整要求
7 点「添加本地目录」先弹风险确认弹窗
现在是直接拉起系统目录选择器。改为先弹确认弹窗，说明选用本地目录的风险后再进选择器，内容包括：软链受限（npm / yarn / pnpm / git 涉及软链的操作可能失败）、AI 会直接读写该目录下的真实文件、移除工作区只解除关联不删除文件。弹窗需带「不再提示」勾选项并持久化（勾选后下次点击直接进选择器），按钮为取消 / 继续。
（补充一条待验证项：公共存储除软链外通常还带 noexec，./gradlew、node_modules/.bin/* 等可能无法执行。这点尚未在真机核实，先不写成结论，建议 RC 真机验证后再决定是否加进该弹窗文案。）
8 列表行的路径显示统一
现在只有外部工作区显示路径。改为所有工作区都显示副标题路径：私有目录工作区显示 projects/<工作区名称>，外部本地目录工作区显示完整路径，远程工作区显示远程绝对路径。
9 选中项的路径也要高亮
当前选中行只有名称用 primary 高亮，副标题路径仍是 onSurfaceVariant。选中时名称与路径一起高亮。
10 去掉列表里的「公共存储…」提示
WorkspacePicker.kt 行内那条红色 workspace_external_fuse_hint 提示去掉，风险说明统一收敛到第 7 条的确认弹窗；对应的中英 string 一并删除。
配套要求（项目规范）
- 新增弹窗文案必须提取到
values/strings.xml与values-en/strings.xml，不在.kt中硬编码中文。 - UI 变化需同步更新
app/src/main/assets/docs/app-settings-guide.md中「添加本地目录」那段：原先写在文档里的软链提示改为描述新的确认弹窗行为。
三、已核对通过的部分
- prompts、三份 docs、中英 strings 均已同步，无硬编码中文 UI 文案。
- 25 个新增单测都是纯函数级，取舍合理；本地
:app:testUniversalDebugUnitTest通过，CI Build & Test 通过。 - 本 PR 含新功能，合入
main后按项目规范应先发 RC 真机验证（AI 对话 + 终端 + 容器启动三条主线），再打正式 Tag。
- 本地模式可把设备目录登记为工作区（SAF tree uri → 宿主路径），双向直读不复制 - 失联目录置灰保留、当前工作区自动回退、删除只解除关联 - 与容器挂载的区别：挂载解决 I/O 通道，本功能把设备目录提升为工作区根 - 添加前弹风险确认（软链受限、直接读写真实文件），可勾选不再提示

/storage/emulated/0/MyProject）注册为工作区。AI 的文件读写、命令执行、Git 页、项目规则与记忆都直接以该目录为根，双向读写、不复制。与容器挂载（PRoot -b）的区别
容器挂载是把宿主目录 bind 到容器内任意路径（如
/mnt/sdcard），解决「容器能否读写该目录」的 I/O 通道问题；但它不参与工作区语义——AI 的工具根（~/workspace）、Git 页仓库识别、AGENTS.md/项目规则、项目级记忆与权限规则都以「当前工作区」为锚，手动挂载的目录对这套上层机制不可见，AI 只能靠绝对路径绕路访问。外部本地目录工作区则是把设备目录提升为工作区本身：bind 目标固定在
~/workspace，因此 Git 页、相对路径、规则、记忆、会话切换等全部对设备目录生效——解决的是「工作区语义」问题。两者底层都基于 PRoot 双向 bind，可以共存：外部工作区管「项目根」，手动挂载管「周边资源/数据目录」，互不冲突。
