Add forest, winebar, and mono colour themes - #11

Three new console themes: forest (dark moss/rust), winebar (burgundy-led warm dark with olive and mustard pops, plus a jazzy I-vi-ii-V tune), and mono (zero-hue, syntax highlighting reads by weight not colour).
