IPC Transport - Use connection pool instead of single connection

Why:

When we're managing multiple socket connections, we might want to minimize the resource consumption. That could be done with a resource pool, in this case for IPC.

How:

By:

• adding nimble_pool to the project;
• implementing the NimblePool behaviour for socket connections;
• adding a DynamicSupervisor for IPC;
