Link to specific comic

Would be nice with a link to the specific comic aggregated and not just the comic site.
Example:
When displaying XKCD strip 1286 then link to http://xkcd.com/1286/ and not just http://xkcd.com/.

Also, is it really necessary to redirect through the aggregator when clicking on the link to the comic site? What is the gain? It makes it (slightly) harder to share the link to the comic with friends who don't have an account for the comic aggregator.

The redirect ensures that the referer is lost from the http request to the other site, not leaving traces of the comics aggregator. As for sharing with friends, the image URLs doesn't require login, and friends can be invited to join the site.

The general idea is to not just show the comic to friends, but also support the comic author (by linking to the site, helping the comic author with ad income or whatever)
