Is it possible to complete reopen the applications as they shutdown last time? For example, open file editor exactly where last typing ends(assume this file editor supports this function itself). It'll be quite awesome to develop!

When the application supports this you should be able to find in its settings an option for "reopen at the same position as last session".

I can confirm this works for me with obsidian-md (with plugin "remember last cursors position").
