Support Live Wallpaper mode

Hi there!

Very new to live wallpapers but I also didnt see any instructions in the f-droid page for example.

When long pressing the home screen and going to wallpaper settings, this wallpaper does not show up. I assume it should, as it does not have an app icon

Other wallpapers like this matrix one work fine, the app enables the wallpaper itself somehow.

There is no log to share as the app never ran.

@secretmango I don't think Nebula supports the live wallpaper feature yet.

If you want to see Nebula in action, you have to configure it as a screensaver: Settings > Display > Screen saver > Toggle Use screen saver and then Nebula will be an active option.

Make sure Low-light mode is disabled should you get the full resolution.

Yes, it's not actually a live wallpaper, it's a screensaver — mostly intended for the NVIDIA Shield and a HDR TV surface. F-Droid admins assigned it to the "wallpapers" category which is misleading.

It would probably use too much power to be appropriate as a live wallpaper on a mobile device but maybe I could support that mode.
