1.1.1: the Kiosk Pi brand mark, and validate with nothing ignored - #16

The integration now serves its own brand from custom_components/kiosk_pi/brand/ -- icon.png at the path hacs/integration's validate/brands.py reads for a repository not laid out content_in_root, and the lockup in light and dark variants for the README. build.py derives every raster from the supplied source, keying the off-white page from the border only (the whites inside the house are ink) and solving rim coverage against the page colour. validate.yml drops `ignore: brands`: the check reads the committed file and would pass, so ignoring it was hiding a green gate, and the HACS default-store submission requires a run without one. quality_scale.yaml's brands exemption becomes done, and TOOLS.md's claim that brands could never pass from a custom repository is corrected -- it passes on a file, not a PR. Manifest 1.1.0 -> 1.1.1 so release.yml cuts a release that post-dates the un-ignored validation, which is what the submission asks for. The agent is unchanged and keeps 1.1.0.
