Global skill inventories need separate ownership from managed projects, and work accounts must not reuse personal CLI credentials. This release adds read-only Codex and Claude global/project scopes, project exclusions, previewed migration, isolated named CLI configurations, and provider-aware onboarding with explicit incomplete-inventory status.
A forward PostgreSQL migration permits validated skill slugs while retaining observation privacy checks. Older servers retain compatible withholding. Legacy scope identities require explicit acknowledgment, exact-byte backup, and device/inode pinning while preserving target IDs. Interrupted enrollment fails closed when a capped target list cannot establish absence or uniqueness.
Validation: eight scope CLI journeys; five bundled profile journeys; existing CLI/auth regressions; database migration failures before repairs and passing PostgreSQL readback afterward; seven focused onboarding browser journeys; and a full-stack run with a forced architecture retry (seven passed, one deliberate retry passed). A real beta.8-to-beta.16 package upgrade preserved the default native session, configuration, scope bytes, and both target IDs, while a named profile refused reuse of the default session. Security and migration reviewers found no remaining actionable issues. Canonical release verification passed on
acfb7c8c7f8bc560f6fdba13cf0414033ab6d00e: 1220 repository tests, 107 mocked browser journeys (one passed on retry), eight full-stack browser journeys, 246 PostgreSQL tests, and clean release artifacts. All 12 GitHub checks passed.Targets
