Records the completed beta.16 work pilot release: workspace scopes, project exclusions, separate CLI profiles, and migration safeguards are published on GitHub/npm and verified in staging and production.
The delivery record ties each claim to the frozen release commit
acfb7c8c7f8bc560f6fdba13cf0414033ab6d00e, exact artifact checksums, canonical tests, live observations, and deployment readbacks. It distinguishes the later GitHub-authentication and team-Library changes on main, which are outside this release, and keeps separate work-host deployment as the next operational step.Documentation only. Privacy checks, whitespace checks, all 46 relative file links, and assertions against the recorded publication/deployment evidence passed. Release source, tags, artifacts, and deployed code are unchanged.
