Release 0.0.2-beta.4. Five languages gain heredocs, percent literals, quoting operators and sigils; the rule format gains the runtime terminator that made them expressible. No change to what any existing rule matches.

Five languages gain the literals they never had — heredocs in PHP, shell and Ruby; Ruby percent literals; Perl quoting operators; Elixir sigils — by way of the one thing the rule format could not express: an end that is only knowable once the opening has been read. No change to what any existing rule matches.
