Release 0.0.2-beta.5, the last of the 0.0.2 line. Comments, strings and the other spans in every grammar compete by position instead of by rule order; templates may nest inside placeholders; private class members are coloured. The public Grammar shape is unchanged.

Everything it ships landed in #26: comments, strings and the other spans in every grammar compete by position rather than by rule order, which fixes a failure all grammars shared; templates may nest inside placeholders; private class members are coloured.
The bump touches only what a bump has to touch — version files, badges, pinned
/v/examples, demo footers, the supported-versions table and the changelog heading.check:versions,check:integrityandcheck:docs-paritypass, and 185 tests.
