A mod for VoxeLibre, a Minecraft-inspired open-source survival sandbox game built on the Luanti engine.
This mod adds the sextant, an item and game mechanic for finding your position in the world without relying on the debug screen. Using a sextant, you can take readings to get your approximate coordinates. If you craft a calibrated sextant you can get your exact coordinates. The intent is to make navigating the world more fun and interesting.
While holding a sextant, right-click on the sun or moon, then right-click on the horizon to take a reading. Your coordinates will appear in the chat (but not for other players).
VoxeLibre is supported, but other games should work as well if you register a crafting recipe.
