About Me:

Hi, I'm Suhiyini Kasim! I'm a 3rd year Computer Science student at the University of Toronto Scarborough, specializing in Software Engineering 🇨🇦

I got into CS because I enjoy building practical software that solves real problems. Recently, I've been especially focused on full-stack development, AI-powered applications, backend systems, and building projects that feel like real products instead of just class assignments.

I'm currently building with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, and AI tools like LangChain, Gemini API, and vector databases. I care about shipping clean, useful features, learning fast, and improving the way I design systems from frontend to backend.

Outside of tech, I enjoy learning languages, going to the gym, reading, and working on creative side projects 📚

I'm currently looking for Summer and Fall 2026 internship opportunities in software engineering, full-stack development, AI/ML, QA, and product-focused engineering roles. If you're working on something interesting or know of any openings, feel free to reach out!
