[Feature] Submit OpenWiki to winget (Windows Package Manager) for `winget install openwiki`

概述

目前 OpenWiki 在 Windows 上只能通过 GitHub Releases 手动下载 exe 安装。建议提交到 winget 社区仓库（microsoft/winget-pkgs），让用户可以直接 winget install openwiki 安装。

winget 是 Windows 11 / Windows 10 内置的包管理器，无需额外工具即可使用。

操作步骤

1. 确认安装包元数据

每次发版时，可以通过 winget 的 自动化 PR 工具 自动提 PR 更新版本号，无需手动操作。

Thanks for the suggestion! I submitted OpenWiki v0.3.14 to the winget community repository here:

microsoft/winget-pkgs#394373

A few details I adjusted while preparing the manifest:

• The Windows installer is a Tauri/NSIS installer, so the winget manifest uses InstallerType: nullsoft.
• The installer scope is set to user, matching Tauri's default NSIS install mode.
• The SHA256 matches the v0.3.14 GitHub Release asset digest.
• The manifest files were validated against the winget v1.10.0 schemas before submitting.

Now we need to wait for Microsoft's winget validation/review bot. If they request changes, I'll follow up there.
