This PR updates the IoA Gateway README with Cisco DevNet and AGNTCY positioning notes.
Intended for visibility in Cisco Code Exchange and AGNTCY GitHub ecosystem.
This PR positions CogniPath as a potential IoA Backbone by enabling ACP-over-CogniPath routing, aligning with AGNTCY’s Open Agent Schema (OASF) and Agent Directory for multi-agent interoperability.
