CIP maintains some "-st" branches. These are essentially the same as LTS, but for the kernels that CIP supports once LTS is EOL.

The list of platforms tested is slightly different compared to normal CIP SLTS kernels because these branches don't have backports adding new hardware support.

Builds are done using defconfig rather than CIP's configs because CIP's configs may use drivers etc. that aren't present on -st.
