First release of mirrorCheck R package

This is the first release of the mirrorCheck R package, which is designed to facilitate differential gene expression analysis on RNA-seq data using DESeq2's lfcShrink() algorithm, including quality control checks to aid data-driven decision-making for data clean-up steps.
