[WIP] Fix command array and string support implementation

• Add test: Plugin returns empty object when oh-my-opencode is detected
• Add test: Plugin initializes normally when oh-my-opencode is not present
• Add test: Force flag bypasses detection
• Add test: hasOhMyOpencode detects different plugin name variations
• Run tests to verify all pass
• Request code review
