[REQ] Webhook improvements for discord messages

Would it be possible to provide support for configuring the message that the plugin sends? Support for translation, configuring the webhook as we would like to display it.

Some examples of how it could look:

Full support so we can translate messages, visualization of how the message is sent, etc.

Yes this will definitely be a thing soon. The current one was just a fast basic implementation but when I got some time, I will expand it a lot
