Summary

• publish the Agent Runtime V2 Phase 1 contract, optional durable stores, runtime adapters, recovery, Interaction, and compatibility foundations
• deliver the compiled Studio cloud lifecycle, foreground streaming, authoring, evaluation, and observability experience without publishing its editable React/TypeScript source tree
• bundle the published @kingsoftcloud/ksadk-web@0.3.2 static artifact as the shared chat/runtime-event UI
• keep PostgreSQL optional and retain the legacy runtime path for existing agents
• preserve PR fix(langgraph): filter plain-text tool_call markers from model history #53 contributor authorship as an independent commit in this branch
