This is a goBoard project: It is a scurm project board that we can use for plan.

Requare: must instill npm, nodejs Start the project:

1. FIRST TIME ONLY, do "npm install -g @angular/cli"
2. go to goBoard folder
3. npm install
4. npm start

Unit test:

1. go to goBoard folder
2. ng test note: Tests will execute after a build is executed via Karma, and it will automatically watch your files for changes
