Invoice Issue Date and Date Format Incorrect

Describe the bug
On the Invoice page, the issue date is always incorrect and the wrong format. I have to set it to one day ahead for it to display the right date.

But when you generate a PDF, it shows the correct issue date on there, but also wrong format.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just create a invoice with a Issue date and take a look at it on the invoice page.
