Request: publish a new release after recent main changes #162

Hi @kittendevv — would you be open to cutting a new release from current main (e.g. v2.3.0 or a patch bump)?

Latest published release is v2.2.0. Since then, main has picked up quite a bit, including (non-exhaustive):

• Per-invoice language + invoice fallback language setting (Per-invoice language and invoice fallback language #157)
• Product shipping / customs fields (Add shipping and customs fields to products #158)
• Spanish / Argentine Spanish / Portuguese (Brazil) locale work (Add Argentine Spanish translation #139, Add Spanish option to locale selection #140, Translations cleanup #155)
• CSRF trusted origins (Allow multiple trusted origins for form submissions #142)
• Alphabetical customer sorting (Sort the invoice customer dropdown alphabetically #141)
• Translation CI / key sync improvements (Do not run the "Check translation files" workflow on pull requests #159 and related)

A tagged GitHub Release would also refresh the GHCR Docker tags (the Docker workflow runs on release: released). Related: #148 notes that the v2.2.0 image tags still report 2.1.0 from the VERSION file — a new release with an updated VERSION would help clear that up too.
