This supersedes #21 which has gone stale. I rearranged the logic here so it's more efficient and hopefully took care of any weird edge cases. All of the same features from before are still here (view modes, double page, keybindings, etc. so it takes care of #13 and #14) and I also added keys to jump to the beginning of an image set and jump to the end of the images.
