Fixed bugs in asset chaincode and associated Fabric CLI. Updated protobuf languages bindings' version numbers. Updated instructions in testnet setup documentation. Added container names explicitly to Corda testnet docker compose files as required by the latest docker-compose version. Replaced 'go get with go install' in setup scripts as required by latest Go versions. Removed '.npmrc' credential files in container images (dockerfiles) for safety. Fabric CLI Upgrade to handle IIN Agents and Counter Attested Foreign Memberships

Fabric Interoperation Chaincode Upgrade for Attested Foreign Identities
Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [ava](https://github.com/avajs/ava). These dependencies need to be updated together.
