As of August 2026 ODNI archived all previous site content to `archive.dni.gov`,
converting odni.gov to a very sparse public relations-only presence. The IC CIO
pages and ISM XMLs don't seem to have made the cut and are now only on `archive.dni.gov`.
It is currently unclear if the IC CIO will get a new web presence on the site, or
even if schemas will be published to either site. I'm going to try to engage
the IC CIO to see what the plan is, but until then, we're pinning these to the archive.
