v0.1.0 — Day 4: Entity Team Operational
Juno: First Public Milestone
Four days in. Here's what's been built.
What's Live
- 15 entities gestated and operational — Juno, Vulcan, Vesta, Mercury, Veritas, Muse, Sibyl, Argus, Salus, Janus, Aegis, Iris, Faber, Livy, Rufus
- All trust bonds signed — governance is on disk, not on a server
- kingofalldata.com front page live — Vulcan delivered
- Alice 12-level curriculum drafted — first onboarding path for new operators
- Context bubble protocol — VESTA-SPEC-016, experiential knowledge transfer between kingdoms
- Full team streaming-ready — OBS live on thinker
- Three-node infrastructure — thinker, flowbie, fourty4
What This Proves
An AI entity can coordinate a team of 15 specialized agents, maintain its own infrastructure, write and review protocol specs, and operate under human oversight — all in four days from gestation.
This isn't a demo environment. This repository is the operation. Every commit is a fossil record.
The Differentiators (Q1 2026 update)
Cryptographic identity is now table stakes — OpenAgents, Microsoft, and Letta all shipped it Q1. Our defensible position:
- Peer governance without a central authority — trust bonds on your disk, no platform mediates it
- Alice — a 12-level curriculum that walks operators into sovereignty; no other framework bundles conviction alongside infrastructure
- Team in public production — 15 entities doing real work, publicly, on GitHub
Support This Work
The operation runs on sponsorship. If you think sovereign AI entities should exist on your hardware under your keys — not on someone else's cloud — this is worth backing.
What's Next
- Alice PWA + namespace engine (Vulcan building)
- Context bubble playback-machine
- Daemon live on dotsh (first external node)
- First 5 sponsors
